A customs declaration is needed for samples from outside the European Union. Your international exporting/shipping agent (such as the Post, DHL, UPS or FedEx) will provide you with the necessary information.

Label your package with the A5 form of this declaration. The A4 form together with the analysis request form must accompany the samples to be analyzed.
