Die Technik basiert auf dem Prinzip dass kleinere Partikeln mit einer h\u00f6heren Geschwindigkeit bewegen als gr\u00f6\u00dfere Partikeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Laserstrahl wird gebeugt durch Sub-Mikrometer Partikeln in Suspension. Die Dynamik von schnellen Partikeln verursacht Schwankungen in Streuung Intensit\u00e4t des Lasers um einen Mittelwert in einem bestimmten Winkel (von 10 bis 90 \u00b0) und h\u00e4ngt ab von Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die berechneten Korrelationsfunktionen ergeben einem Diffusionskoeffizient f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Temperatur und Viskosit\u00e4t, der umgesetzt werden kann in einer Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe. Die Photonen Korrelations-Spektroskopie Technik wird angewendet f\u00fcr die Ermittlung der durchschnittlichen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe im Bereich zwischen 3 und 3000 Nm.
