Der rein mikropor\u00f6se Charakter f\u00fchrt jedoch h\u00e4ufig zu intrakristallinen Transporteinschr\u00e4nkungen, so dass das Zeolithvolumen in den meisten katalytischen Anwendungen nicht effektiv genutzt wird. Die Einf\u00fchrung von Mesoporosit\u00e4t in die rein mikropor\u00f6se Matrix f\u00fchrt in der Regel zu einer besseren Ausnutzung des Zeolithvolumens und damit zu einer h\u00f6heren Katalysatoreffektivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl verschiedene Ans\u00e4tze verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, um mikro- und mesopor\u00f6se Zeolithe zu kombinieren, wird in unserem Forschungslabor die Methode der Desilikation entwickelt und weiter optimiert, um mesopor\u00f6se Zeolithe herzustellen. Desilikation ist die kontrollierte Extraktion von Silizium aus dem Zeolithger\u00fcst, die typischerweise in alkalischem Medium erfolgt und die Herstellung verschiedener Familien mesopor\u00f6ser Zeolithe (MFI, Mordenit, Beta) erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Methode hat sich bei der Verbesserung der Katalysatorleistung f\u00fcr die Umwandlung sowohl sperriger Molek\u00fcle in schwerem Gas\u00f6l als auch leichterer Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Propylen und Ethylen als sehr effektiv erwiesen.
