Der rein mikropor\u00f6se Charakter f\u00fchrt jedoch oft zu intra-kristallinen Transport-Einschr\u00e4nkungen und daher ist ein substanzielles Volumen des Zeolithes nicht wirksam in den meisten katalytischen Anwendungen. Einf\u00fchrung von Mesopor\u00f6sit\u00e4t in die rein mikropor\u00f6se Matrix f\u00fchrt zu einer verbesserten Nutzung der Volumes des Zeolithes und damit zu einem erh\u00f6ht wirksamen Katalysator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl mehrere Ans\u00e4tze um Kombinierte mikro- und mesopor\u00f6se Zeolithe zu synthetisieren verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, haben wir in unserem Forschungslabor die \u201cdesilication\u201c Methodik entwickelt und weiter optimalisiert. Desilication ist die kontrollierte Extraktion von Silizium aus dem Zeolith, meistens im basischen Medium und damit k\u00f6nnen verschiedenen Familien von mesopor\u00f6sen Zeolithe (MFI, mordenite, Beta, ZSM-12) pr\u00e4pariert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Methode hat sich als sehr effektiv bei der Verbesserung der Leistung des Katalysators f\u00fcr die Umwandlung der beiden sperrigen Molek\u00fcle im schweren Gas\u00f6l sowie leichteren Kohlenwasserstoffen wie Propylen und Ethylen herausgestellt. Wegen ihrer Einfachheit und chemisch kontrollierter Natur ist diese Methodik auch leicht hochskalierbar und geeignet f\u00fcr praktische Umsetzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf Anfrage kann Delft Solids Solutions verschiedene kombinierte mikropor\u00f6se und mesopor\u00f6se Zeolithe f\u00fcr eine erste Pr\u00fcfung pr\u00e4parieren.
