La manipulation et le transport sont simul\u00e9s par la rotation du tambour. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un flux d&rsquo;air bien contr\u00f4l\u00e9, la poussi\u00e8re lib\u00e9r\u00e9e est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e vers une section d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage o\u00f9 elle est pr\u00e9-s\u00e9par\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re a\u00e9rodynamique et o\u00f9 les particules en suspension sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur un filtre. Les particules de poussi\u00e8re sur le filtre sont quantifi\u00e9es et peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour d&rsquo;autres analyses, par exemple une analyse de la taille des particules ou une analyse de la densit\u00e9. La m\u00e9thodologie est pratiqu\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN 55 992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;instrument utilis\u00e9 dans notre laboratoire est un compteur de poussi\u00e8re Heubach de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;un accessoire de type I ou de type II.
