En microscopie \u00e9lectronique, le faisceau d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrons est focalis\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon et balay\u00e9 sur une zone d\u00e9finie de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Les images sont construites \u00e0 partir des \u00e9lectrons provenant de la surface de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon. Les distributions de taille pond\u00e9r\u00e9es en nombre des nanoparticules sont analys\u00e9es en identifiant les nanoparticules individuellement. Pour obtenir une distribution granulom\u00e9trique repr\u00e9sentative, il faut \u00e9tudier un certain nombre de nanoparticules. La valeur ajout\u00e9e de la micrsocopie \u00e9lectronique pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des nanoparticules est qu&rsquo;en plus de la taille des nanoparticules, il est possible de visualiser leur forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forme des nanoparticules aide \u00e0 une quantification et une interpr\u00e9tation plus pouss\u00e9es des r\u00e9sultats de la surface sp\u00e9cifique obtenus par l&rsquo;analyse de la surface BET. La forme des nanoparticules d\u00e9termine notamment la valeur seuil de la surface sp\u00e9cifique volumique obtenue pour la surface <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solids-solutions.com\/fr\/rd\/analyse-des-nanomateriaux-et-test-des-nanoparticules\/aire-de-surface-des-nanomateriaux-par-analyse-bet\/\">BET par adsorption de gaz<\/a>. Bien que l&rsquo;analyse de la surface BET soit consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9pistage, la microscopie \u00e9lectronique s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00eatre une m\u00e9thode de confirmation conform\u00e9ment aux directives de la Commission europ\u00e9enne sur l&rsquo;identification des nanoparticules. Cela est d\u00fb au fait que la surface BET est une valeur indicatrice \u00e0 partir de laquelle la pr\u00e9sence potentielle de nanoparticules est d\u00e9duite, alors que la pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9elle de nanoparticules peut \u00eatre directement observ\u00e9e en microscopie \u00e9lectronique et que l&rsquo;affirmation \u00ab\u00a0voir c&rsquo;est croire\u00a0\u00bb est applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de centrifugation diff\u00e9rentielle et \u00e0 la diffusion dynamique de la lumi\u00e8re pour l&rsquo;analyse des nanoparticules, l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon doit \u00eatre sec dans l&rsquo;analyse par microscopie \u00e9lectronique, comme pour l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la surface sp\u00e9cifique en volume. Le volume d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon utilis\u00e9 dans les analyses par microscopie \u00e9lectronique est tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessite donc une \u00e9tape critique d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage repr\u00e9sentatif avant l&rsquo;investigation microscopique \u00e9lectronique proprement dite.Nous disposons d&rsquo;un \u00e9quipement d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage repr\u00e9sentatif dans notre laboratoire.
