Cependant, le caract\u00e8re purement microporeux induit souvent des limitations de transport intracristallin et, par cons\u00e9quent, le volume de la z\u00e9olithe n&rsquo;est pas utilis\u00e9 efficacement dans la plupart des applications catalytiques. L&rsquo;introduction de la m\u00e9soporosit\u00e9 dans la matrice purement microporeuse conduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 une meilleure utilisation du volume de la z\u00e9olithe et donc \u00e0 une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 du catalyseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que plusieurs approches puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour arriver \u00e0 combiner des z\u00e9olithes micro et m\u00e9soporeuses, dans notre laboratoire de recherche, la m\u00e9thodologie de d\u00e9silication est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et optimis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9parer des z\u00e9olithes m\u00e9soporeuses. La d\u00e9silication est l&rsquo;extraction contr\u00f4l\u00e9e du silicium de la charpente z\u00e9olithique, typiquement obtenue en milieu alcalin et permettant la pr\u00e9paration de diff\u00e9rentes familles de z\u00e9olithes m\u00e9soporeuses (MFI, mord\u00e9nite, beta).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette m\u00e9thodologie s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s efficace pour am\u00e9liorer les performances du catalyseur pour la conversion des mol\u00e9cules volumineuses du gazole lourd ainsi que des hydrocarbures plus l\u00e9gers comme le propyl\u00e8ne et l&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. En outre, en raison de sa simplicit\u00e9 et de sa nature chimiquement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, cette approche est facilement \u00e9volutive et se pr\u00eate \u00e0 une mise en \u0153uvre pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur demande, Delft Solids Solutions peut synth\u00e9tiser diverses z\u00e9olithes combin\u00e9es micro- et m\u00e9soporeuses pour des essais \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle ;
