Le tamisage peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour fractionner un \u00e9chantillon h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne en fractions de taille et proc\u00e9der avec ces fractions sp\u00e9cifiques ou pour analyser la distribution de taille des particules en vue de leur caract\u00e9risation. De nombreuses proc\u00e9dures et normes diff\u00e9rentes font encore appel au tamisage. D&rsquo;ailleurs, elle est souvent d\u00e9sign\u00e9e comme la m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les autres techniques de caract\u00e9risation des particules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des tamis m\u00e9caniques et des tamis soniques sont disponibles dans notre laboratoire. La plage de travail de la distribution granulom\u00e9trique s&rsquo;\u00e9tend d&rsquo;environ 37 \u00b5m \u00e0 10 mm. Les mesures sont effectu\u00e9es sur des tamis ATM, Retsch ou Stork Veco.
