Cependant, la nature purement microporeuse entra\u00eene souvent des limitations de transport intra-cristallin et, par cons\u00e9quent, un volume important de z\u00e9olithe est inefficace dans la plupart des applications catalytiques. L&rsquo;introduction de la m\u00e9soporosit\u00e9 dans la matrice purement microporeuse conduit \u00e0 une meilleure utilisation des volumes de z\u00e9olithe et donc \u00e0 un catalyseur plus efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que plusieurs approches puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour synth\u00e9tiser des z\u00e9olithes micro et m\u00e9soporeuses combin\u00e9es, nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 davantage la m\u00e9thode de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9silication\u00a0\u00bb dans notre laboratoire de recherche. La d\u00e9silication est l&rsquo;extraction contr\u00f4l\u00e9e du silicium de la z\u00e9olithe, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en milieu alcalin, ce qui permet de pr\u00e9parer diff\u00e9rentes familles de z\u00e9olithes m\u00e9soporeuses (MFI, mord\u00e9nite, beta, ZSM-12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette m\u00e9thode s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e tr\u00e8s efficace pour am\u00e9liorer les performances du catalyseur pour la conversion des deux mol\u00e9cules volumineuses en gazole lourd et en hydrocarbures plus l\u00e9gers tels que le propyl\u00e8ne et l&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. En raison de sa simplicit\u00e9 et de sa nature chimiquement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, cette m\u00e9thode est \u00e9galement facilement \u00e9volutive et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 une application sur le terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur demande, Delft Solids Solutions peut pr\u00e9parer diverses z\u00e9olithes combin\u00e9es microporeuses et m\u00e9soporeuses pour des essais initiaux.
