Dit levert informatie over de loopeigenschappen \u2013 het stromingsgedrag &#8211; van het poeder dat o.a. tot uitdrukking komt in een flowability and floodability index. Dit hangt samen met de overgang van het poeder van een statische naar een dynamische toestand. De gemeten waarden uit de verschillende testen worden geindexeerd op basis een eerde uitgevoerde analysis aan ongeveer 3000 stortgoed poeders door R.L. Carr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De&nbsp;<em>Angle of repose<\/em>&nbsp;analyse karakteriseert direct de flowability van een materiaal. De&nbsp;<em>Compressibility<\/em>&nbsp;test geeft het verschil aan tussen de zgn. bulkdichtheid en gepakte dichtheid; een lage mate van compressie is gekoppeld aan een goede flowability.&nbsp;<em>Angle of spatula<\/em>&nbsp;correleert met de relatieve hoek van de interne weerstand\/frictie van een poeder. Bij de analyse van de&nbsp;<em>Angle of fall<\/em>&nbsp;verandert de hoek van een conus of hoop poeder door introductie van een trilling. De&nbsp;<em>Dispersibility<\/em>&nbsp;test vertegenwoordigt de som van o.a. stoffigheid en vluchtigheid van een poeder.
