{"id":6342,"date":"2022-09-21T12:12:31","date_gmt":"2022-09-21T12:12:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solids-solutions.com\/onderzoek-ontwikkeling\/materialien-entwicklung\/"},"modified":"2022-10-24T14:56:02","modified_gmt":"2022-10-24T14:56:02","slug":"ontwikkeling-van-materialen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.solids-solutions.com\/nl\/rd\/ontwikkeling-van-materialen\/","title":{"rendered":"Ontwikkeling van materialen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:60%\">\n<p>Het laboratorium Delft Solids Solutions houdt zich ook bezig met materiaalontwikkeling op het gebied van micro-, meso- en gecombineerde poreuze materialen, met name zeolieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeolieten staan in de katalyse bekend om hun unieke combinatie van eigenschappen, zoals hydrothermale stabiliteit, interne zuursterkte en het vermogen om vormselectiviteit toe te passen. De zuiver microporeuze aard leidt echter vaak tot intra-kristallijne transportbeperkingen en daarom is een aanzienlijk volume zeoliet in de meeste katalytische toepassingen niet effectief. De introductie van mesoporositeit in de zuiver microporeuze matrix leidt tot een beter gebruik van de volumes van de zeoliet en dus tot een grotere effectieve katalysator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel verschillende benaderingen kunnen worden gebruikt om gecombineerde micro- en mesoporeuze zeolieten te synthetiseren, hebben wij in ons onderzoekslaboratorium de &#8220;desilicatie&#8221;-methode ontwikkeld en verder geoptimaliseerd. Ontzilting is de gecontroleerde extractie van silicium uit de zeoliet, gewoonlijk in een basisch medium, en zo kunnen verschillende families mesoporeuze zeolieten (MFI, mordeniet, beta, ZSM-12) worden bereid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze methode is zeer effectief gebleken bij het verbeteren van de prestaties van de katalysator voor de omzetting van de twee volumineuze moleculen in zware gasolie en lichtere koolwaterstoffen zoals propyleen en ethyleen. Door zijn eenvoud en chemisch gecontroleerde aard is deze methode ook gemakkelijk schaalbaar en geschikt voor toepassing in de praktijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op verzoek kan Delft Solids Solutions verschillende gecombineerde microporeuze en mesoporeuze zeolieten bereiden voor een eerste test.
