Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) from a to z 2019

About

Why take the course “Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) from A to Z”?

For asbestos research and other areas where understanding surface structure or particle shape is essential for product properties, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is an essential technique. In this course, you will learn the theoretical background and practical skills to apply SEM independently in your own work environment. The course is provided in cooperation with JEOL.

For whom is this course intended?

You have recently or will soon be working with SEM. You want to master the skills of the apparatus and sample preparation.
